Clinic Policies of Renaissance Wellness Services

To ensure the best experience for all our clients and maintain smooth operations, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies before booking your session.

1. Appointments & Timekeeping

  • All sessions are by appointment only.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and preparation.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delaying the next client.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward rescheduled appointments if notice is given in time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Multiple last-minute cancellations may affect future booking privileges.

4. Client Consent & Online Forms

  • All clients must complete and sign the online intake and consent form prior to their session.
  • This ensures your safety and helps us tailor the treatment to your unique needs.
  • No treatment will proceed without signed consent.

5. Health & Safety

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or ongoing treatments prior to your session.
  • If you’re under medical care or taking prescription medication, we may request clearance from your healthcare provider before proceeding.
  • For colon hydrotherapy clients: please avoid eating heavy meals two hours before your session.

6. Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information shared with Renaissance Wellness Services is kept strictly confidential and used only for your care and record-keeping purposes.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Renaissance Wellness Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a client is unfit for treatment, under the influence, or fails to comply with clinic policies.
